Dedicated to providing access to affordable, quality health care, the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) oversees the state's Medicaid, PeachCare for Kids®, Planning for Healthy Babies, and Medicaid Waiver programs. It also manages the State Health Benefit Plan and works to improve access to health care in rural and underserved areas.
